Ashland Partners was founded in 1992 by Mel Ashland with the sole vision of providing compliance consultation and verification services to the investment management community. During this time, in what was then a small but growing market, many industry professionals doubted whether verification could exist as a viable business model. Fifteen years later, Mel Ashland’s vision has remained and our firm enjoys an ever-growing presence in the verification industry.

Flat Fee Structure

Ashland’s engagement fee includes all travel, consultation and other related engagement costs. No additional fees will be assessed unless otherwise mutually agreed upon for additional work to be provided.

By working on a flat fee basis, our approach de-emphasizes dollars-for-hours and expense concerns, and instead allows us to focus on providing continued value-added insight throughout the engagement.
